For experience - to Kalinin NPP
Belarusian NPP representatives visited the city-forming enterprise of Udomlya. The visit took place as part of the experience exchange program of WANO Moscow Centre.
Guests from Belarus visited the educational and training centre of Kalinin NPP, where they became acquainted with advanced methods of personnel training.
The main topic of the visit was to study the implementation of the “Analysis” phase of a systematic approach to training, which is one of the key elements in training nuclear plant employees for their safe and reliable work.
Belarusian specialists discussed with the host party the issues of assessing the effectiveness of training and introducing new standards into educational programs. Kalinin NPP is an active participant in international cooperation programs, maintaining a high level of interaction with organizations such as the IAEA, WANO, etc.
