Rostov NPP Peer Review Pre-visit
From May 25 to 28, 2026, WANO Moscow Centre conducted a pre-visit of Rostov NPP peer review, the purpose of which was to interact with the NPP management on issues of preparation for the PR, CPO, as a stage of the peer review, and the signing of a protocol on the PR organization.
The pre-visit team consisted of three members, including team leader Viktor Livinsky, WANO MC adviser, coordinator Evgeny Lushin, WANO MC adviser, and repair expert Alexey Lyutov, an employee of Kursk NPP.
During the pre-visit of the Rostov NPP peer review, training of NPP personnel in the PR methodology was conducted, the content and scope of the preliminary information package was discussed, a walkdown of the plant using the "White Card" method was conducted, as well as interviews with management personnel.
Rostov NPP Director Andrey Salnikov thanked the peer review pre-visit team members and the plant counterparts for their fruitful collaboration aimed at resolving organizational and administrative issues related to the upcoming peer review.
