Workshop at Novovoronezh Nuclear Power Plant
From March 31 to April 2, 2026, an international workshop was held at Novovoronezh NPP on the topic: “Maintenance Documentation Management to Allow Timely Updating”.
The workshop was attended by the managers and leading specialists of the repair services and divisions of utility Rosenergoatom, JSC VNIIAES, branches of JSC Atomenergoremont, FSUE Atomflot, representatives of nuclear power plants from Armenia, Belarus, India, China, Russia, Turkey, Young Generation of Novovoronezh NPP, employees of WANO Moscow Centre and Shanghai Support Centre.
The purpose of the meeting was to share experiences and best practices in handling repair documentation at nuclear power plants.
The meeting was opened by the Deputy Chief Engineer for Repairs at Novovoronezh NPP, who welcomed the participants and wished them successful work. The Head of the Novovoronezh NPP's Design and process documentation department presented information on the experience of handling maintenance documentation for the purpose of updating it.
Participants discussed topics such as the process of developing technological documents, instructions, technical specifications, and process guidelines, the procedure for storing and issuing maintenance documentation, and issues related to deficiencies in repair documentation.
