Training course at Armenian Nuclear Power Plant
From November 25 to 27, 2025, a training course on “Industrial Leadership and Competences Development” was held, organised jointly by Armenian NPP and WANO Moscow Centre.
Sergey Loktionov, Head of the WANO MC Industrial Leadership and Competencies Development Department, noted the long-standing and productive collaboration between WANO MC and Armenian NPP, and also mentioned that one of the important areas of development within the “Action for Excellence” program is the development of leaders.
The participants highly appreciated the delivered training course, pointed out actuality and relevance of the topics observed for Armenian NPP, discussed the progress of implementing the knowledge gained at WANO events and the current challenges leaders are facing at nuclear power plants.
In accordance with the “Train the Trainers” concept, training materials and teaching methods of the training course were provided to the Armenian NPP training centre’s management and specialists.
