Member Support Mission at Beloyarsk NPP

From 10 to 15 March 2025, WANO Moscow Centre conducted a support mission at Beloyarsk NPP on the topic of “​​Maintenance”.

The support mission team composition:

• Evgeniy Kovalev (WANO MC).

• Maria Volos (“Rosatom Technical Academy”).

• Alexey Portnov (Balakovo NPP).

• Konstantin Soloviev (Kalinin NPP).

• Irina Boldovskaya (Kalinin NPP).

• Oleg Sevostyanov (Kursk NPP).

• Viktor Nikonorov (Atomenergoremont).

The support mission was conducted in a training format. The support mission team experts observed the repair of the low-pressure cylinder of the turbine in the machine hall, the maintenance of the chemical department regeneration systems, and work in the confined spaces of underground wells. Each expert presented their experience in the form of a presentation in their area of ​​​​maintenance and repair.

A training course on the topics of “Quality assurance of repair documentation” and “Quality assurance of execution and storage of executive documentation on repairs (certificates of work performed)” was presented separately. The expert team presented the results of their work to Beloyarsk NPP at the final meeting.
